Crunch Time Begins

...And now, I'm not talking about the robust, cheesy-grinned, blue-clad Captain who entices children and adults alike to partake of sweet sugary breakfast cereals. No, think more along the lines of one solitary human being with a laundry list long enough to stretch from earth to the moon and back again... and a deadline to meet. Now chop that laundry list down to a slightly more realistic size and you have me. Here's me trying to live up to my reputation of being a super hero. (Where'd that come from, anyway?)
As I mentioned in Scarabocchi, the Teen Harvest Weekend Building Blitz is just around the corner--in three weeks! Needless to say, it's a bit exciting. But that also means work for me! As the main event-planner, I've been doing a bit of semi-last-minute planning lately. I just finalized the job list and schedule, and the menu is mostly finished. I've also started the food prep. Yahooo! Work work work! <cue Pizza Angel theme song>  So far I've made 5 pans of omlet casserole and 4 loaves of french bread. I still have to make more french bread, a spaghetti pie casserole thingamabob dish, maybe a ton of chili, enchiladas, aaaand a few odds and ends of dessert items and maybe some muffins :)
Let's just say, it may be a bit of work, but by the time the Blitz gets here, I'll be ready B-)  I can hardly wait! :D
